Lemon Creme Fraiche

Perfect for dipping a variety of seafood
 

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • Juice & grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 300ml crème fraiche

Method

  1. Mix the lemon juice and rind with the crème fraiche and chill in the fridge in an air-tight container. This will keep for approximately 5 days.
