Marie Rose Sauce

Classically served with prawns and salad
 

 
 
 

Ingredients

  • 300ml mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp ketchup
  • Dribble of brandy
  • 2 tsp Lea & Perrins sauce
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Half tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Whack it all in a bowl, mix it together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Store in the fridge in an air-tight container.
