For dipping seafood or sprinkled over fish dishes
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 4 anchovy fillets (tinned)
- 2 tbsp chopped capers
- 6 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 30g breadcrumbs
- Juice from half a lemon
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
An Italian sauce that can be used for dipping seafood or sprinkled over fish dishes.
- Place the garlic, anchovies, capers, parsley, breadcrumbs and salt & pepper in a food processor until pureed. Add the lemon juice and olive oil and process until smooth.
